About Me

Hey there! Thank you for coming to my page and learning a little bit about what I do. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and am a Master’s Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach. But wait! There’s something way more important than this all. 

 

Well, let’s just say I’ve experienced this process firsthand. After having a lifelong dream of being an entrepreneur, I started grinding daily. I soon realized that sometimes my wellness would fall behind due to the busy days I was putting in. I took a step back and re-evaluated my life. I quickly found the areas in not just my nutrition, but in my life that were lagging. 

 

I knew there were so many people out there just like me, so I decided to create a signature program that would conquer this. 

So, with that being said, I help women create time and space to experience the unraveling results of a holistic mind, body & lifestyle detox.
